The Daily J Workout Program:
Every month at Daily J, our entire community follows one focussed, expertly designed workout plan. For December, we are giving you more freedom to combine your compact sessions within our structure.
- Recorded Workouts: 5 x 20 minute compact, high energy Recorded Workouts per week!
- Gym Cardio OR Running Or Audio AMRAP options.
- Active Recovery days.
Look out for the Daily J Team’s “Xmas Stocking Combinations” that we will post out during the challenge!
In addition to the above structure, we include 10-minute focussed Blitz sessions in each and every challenge that can be combined, used as an “add on” to any session, or done on their own.
Over the last 23 months, this formula of having structure for 21 days out of each month has proved to be most sustainable and successful in helping our community build healthy living into a lifestyle.
DNA exclusive Pre-Week: Every Challenge builds up with a Pre-Week serving as an opportunity to either create momentum for the Challenge start, or as a de-load week before the Challenge kicks off - depending on what our participants choose. To access this Pre-Week, you need to be a member of Daily J DNA.
During Pre-Week, our DNA Members have access to 4 bonus recorded workouts and all 20 of the 10-minute Blitz sessions to complete ~ if and how they choose.
For December, DNA Members will also enjoy BONUS festive workouts after the challenge to carry them through to 2025!

For December, beginner and advanced members follow the same plan as the workouts are 20 minutes long and you will find low impact variations instructed in the workouts.
