Let’s get back to BASIC with Danni Venter!
BASIC is a 5-day, interactive community edu-group that takes the stress out of healthy eating. Danni’s got your back with real, family-friendly meals that taste good and help you reach your goals — no more cooking one meal for you and another for the rest of the fam.
Think easy meal prep, nutritious twists on your favourites, and a solid plan to save time so you can do more of what matters most: spending time with your people. 🩷

ABOUT DANNI
Danni grew up in a family with healthy habits, and learnt at a young age that eating well and being active was at the core of longevity. She was a ballerina for 17 years, and was accepted at professional level yet turned it down to study.
She launched herself into a creative position as an internationally trained Cordon Bleu chef, working at La Petite Ferme, Buitenverwachting and in the UK. After seven years, she decided to study a bachelor of Science in Dietetics, fuelled by her passion for healthy living and helping others achieve the same. After 5 years of studying, she started her private practice as a Nutrition Professional & Dietitian in 2008.
In 2009, she started as the Performance Nutritionist for the Sharks Rugby Team helping players meet their nutrient requirements and sports performance goals. Today, she has a practice open to the public where she enjoys helping people reach their health, sports, lifestyle and holistic goals to reach the best version of themselves.
