Barry Finlay once said, “Every mountain top is within reach if you just keep climbing.”
We say: “…if you’ve trained smart, shown up every day, and done the work no one sees.”

That’s exactly what Tarryn Abrams and Shanleigh Oades have done. From New York City, halfway across the world from our HQ, they’ve been following the Daily J program without missing a beat. No fancy gym memberships. No excuses about time zones. Just a laptop, the sessions, and the discipline to get it done — day after day.

Why? Because this October, they’re taking on one of the toughest challenges on the planet: trekking to Everest Base Camp. That’s 130km, climbing to 5,364m above sea level, in conditions that will test every ounce of their fitness, endurance, and mindset.

Kilimanjaro was their warm-up. Everest is the main event. And the only reason they’re ready for it is because they’ve built their strength, stamina, and resilience right here with us, through the Daily J system. Every lunge, every ride, every sweat session has been a brick in the foundation that will carry them up that mountain.

But this climb isn’t just for them. Tarryn and Shan are using it to raise $10,000 for the Asante Africa Foundation — an organisation that equips young people in East Africa with education, life skills, and leadership training. They’re not just changing lives; they’re giving young people the power to change their own futures.

And we’re not just cheering them on from the sidelines. The Daily J team and community will be pushing hard to raise awareness for their mission. Because what’s the point of strength if you don’t use it to lift others?

This is what the Daily J is about. Not just looking fitter. Not just training for the sake of it. Training so that when life — or a mountain — calls, you’re ready to answer.

Interesting read! Seeing more platforms treat betting as a skill-based challenge, like ph978 casino online casino does, is smart. Account verification for higher limits makes sense too-a strategic move for serious players.
