When we launched at the start of 2023, 101 people trusted us enough to take that first step. By August 2024, we had grown to 277 active subscribers. Today, 31 months later we’re over 400 strong. That’s not just growth on a chart — it’s proof that our heart is beating strong.

Because here’s the truth: if you take the heartbeat out of a business, it slowly dies. You can have the slickest marketing, the biggest budgets, the fanciest offices and tech — but without a pulse, without people who care, it’s just noise. 

The heartbeat of the Daily J has always been the same: leadership, credibility, and community. That’s why people don’t just join — they stay. Retention isn’t about tricks, it’s about trust. It’s about a leader who shows up, a team who delivers, and a community that refuses to let you fail.

And we are building this to last. The studio is ready. The tech is almost complete. The content library is over 500 workouts deep. At a current and projected 40% year-on-year growth trajectory, the numbers ahead are exciting — but without the heartbeat, they’d mean nothing.
